Soundbar issues

At present I have setup a Hisense soundbar with v360 (using my via ARC).  It works well, but the two issues I have at present are:

  • If you have 'follow content' enabled in the Dolby Digital settings, there is a beep when you go to a channel that uses DD (solved by enabling 'always convert')
  • If you have 'eco' on in power settings, the v360 box will boot but not show a picture (solved by going to active power setting).

The first issue I believe is common with most soundbars that have a follow function, but the second I deem to be a bug.  Has anyone worked out either how to resolve, or report the issues for fixing?

I am sorry to hear that you have had some issues with your sound bar. 

 

This isn't something that I have heard of before. I will flag this to our team to see if we can get this looked into further.
