Sound issues

Can anyone tell me why the sound keeps dropping out on my TV, sometimes for only a second and sometimes longer. This generally happens after about 8pm.

I'm sorry to see that you have been having issues with the sound dropping on your TV, have you been able to check our service page here to see if this is due to any known issues? You can also sign into the service page to run a fault test with the equipment.
