Sound dropout BBC East Midlands

Hi 👋 im in area 30 and I’ve noticed tonight on BBC One while watching East Midlands today that that had sound drop outs every few seconds, it’s don’t happen on the other channels I have also noticed that 30 to 60 seconds before going to the regional news the picture quality seams soft? Not as sharp as the national news…is it BBC or is it Virgin?

We're sorry to see BBC One is not playing well on your TV box, we'd be eager to assist with this problem where possible.
Could you please confirm if you have more than one TV boxes and if possible to check this channel from another box or the TV itself, to see if the problem persists?

Also, is the fault present on both SD and HD versions of this channel and have you noticed any other channels having the same problem, so far?
Do you get an error message or code displayed on your screen when the drop out occurs?
