Just upgraded my V6 box to 360 and it’s now dropping out sound and picture. Any solutions?

I am sorry to hear that you have had some issues with your services.
I have managed to take a look over your account and can see you have had a replacement sent out to you, is that correct?
Yes but the problem persisted with the replacement. However, I’ve solved it by replacing the HDMI cable with an 8k rated one.
