So virgin don't even bother to answer complaints either?

Having had an absolute nightmare trying to get something sorted basically since my install on 30th December I eventually gave up and submitted a CEO complaint in hope that I'd finally get it resolved....

Here we are 28 days later and still no response. The customer service from virgin has been an absolute disgrace, the fact they can't even respond to CEO complaints is and absolute farce and I've got to say I regret moving from Sky.

If anyone reading this has any way if passing this on please do, I'm going to call tomorrow and probably end up on hold for 3hrs like last time, and going to cancel. Such a shame I never even got chance to try the TV360.

Hope nobody else has to put up with this level of service.
