SkySports red button

apparently I should be able to watch red button golf via SkySports golf to watch pga golf and I get the following message”there are currently no interactive events on this channel. Events can be subject to change at short notice”

Sky say the red button selection should be available, so why can’t I watch it?
This is not the first time I’m experiencing red button issues.

I'm having exactly the same issue but I'm not getting answer from anyone at virgin 😡😡

The pga tour Charles schwab challenge its fine if your with sky but I've only just moved across to virgin which  starting to think was a big mistake

Interestingly, the additional Golf RB stream is also not available on the Sky Sports app, where RB streams are also normally available. This is controlled directly by Sky so you should also be seeing it here.

The first round of the Charles Schwab, which should be on the red button when the DP world tour, the LPGA, then senior PGA champs is on. It only goes on the main SkySports golf channel until 9pm. We should be able to view the red button from 1.30 pm till 9pm. As sky advertises, but apparently Virgin does not deliver on a regular basis. Last time was a constant tone for commentary over the first day.

According to my Check Service Status the red button issue should be fixed by 3:30pm today.

Well that wasn't true was it, still not working. How do you go about cancelling virgin within the first month or can I not do that?
