Any ideas if you can claim compensation as fault showing and again I can't watch the football on sky sports via the red button

Automatic compensation applies to a total loss of broadband or landline telephony for >48 hour periods.

What is the issue?   If you have a 360 press red on ch 503.   Once loaded then press the three dots button (just above the Ch up).  It's working okay for me

Thanks it is a fault showing on our postcode area, showing repairs underway

Hi @ajacko71. It has been hit and miss like that for years.

I think Virgin class the red button service as free bonuses therefore never guaranteed and not subject to loss of service compensation.

TV is never as important as broadband or landline and therefore not included in OFCOM's auto-compensation scheme.
