Hi.
Got virgin 360.
on the sky sports channels, the red button doesn’t seem to work. Anyone know how to fix this??
any help is appreciated.

I've just tested the red button on the sky Sports Golf channel.
It's working, but I wouldn't advise using it just now as each red button selectionon that channel gives the picture feed, but there is a high pitched tone instead of the commentary.

Hi yes, I’ve just tested the golf. It does seem to work on there.
I just need it for the football. The interactive feature in that was useful. But all I get is a message stating there are currently no interactive events on this channel. Yet you know for a fact that there is… so frustrating as we pay money for this service!!
Anyone experience this and been able to fix it?

The only time the sky sports red button function for football appears to work is when there are championship games on the Sky Sports Football channel when sometimes matches are featured on the red button

Sorry to hear you've been having some issues here. From the thread I've not been able to identify when and where you're not able to use it, I know you mention the football - but what channels are you trying to use it on and is it specific games/matches etc? Please let me know so I can help.

It’s the same message on all the sky sports channels anytime I try. I would like it / would mainly use it when the football is on, but it doesn’t actually work at any time…
I’m paying a lot for the service from virgin media so any help to rectify this would be much appreciated.
