Video doesn't work for me but I think you need to call Virgin and report a fault. Were you watching on 501 Main Event HD or 502 Premier League HD or UHD because they are on different mux's.
Have you got problem's with ITV 2, 3, 4, HD or Sky Thriller HD and Sky Action HD, signal levels should also affect either of these groups of channels.
If you have tried rebooting the box then you need to call 150 from your Virgin phone, mobile or landline, or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone or wait for a member of the forum team to pick this up which could be 2 to 3 day's.
When phoning choose the option to report a fault, then ignore all the options offered and you should then be placed into a queue to speak to someone.
