I have just subscribed to sky cinema free for one year but all the films ask me to upgrade so I can’t watch any of them

How did you subscribe to sky cinema free for one year?
Upgrades placed over the phone are usually actioned immediately.
Any other method normally takes 2 or 3 days working days as the changes need to be input into the systems manually.

Sorry to hear you're having some issues watching Sky cinema, can you confirm if you're trying to watch via the TV or TVGO?
