Just wondering if there was any update on when we would be getting the Sky Ultra HD content. Virgin signed a deal with Sky to get there Ultra HD content by the end of this year and there still seems to be no sign of it as of yet. Also will we also be receiving more Ultra HD content from other sources. Do any of the Virgin employees / Admins/ Moderators have any updates on this or able to find any further information on when we might be receiving this content.
I thought it would be covids fault , it’s just a signal down a cable ?
How do you choose to add Ultra HD to your account though? How do we contact you to tell you that it’s available to you and how to get it? How do we update the website to inform new customers that it’s available? How do we train our staff to be able to talk about it to customers and people who want to join us?
Sending it down the cable is literally the easiest part but unfortunately the rest all need people and lots and lots of time and money. Here ends my Ted talk.
