Sky UHD - please check

Please take a look if my sky uhd is OK in your end?

Its having issues my end, watching sky uhd box sets the auto play next episode changed to HD version..  Iv been asking for help for over a month and been told many times I will be got back too but have not been.

Can you confirm the following for us please:

 

  • Which set top box is this happening on?
  • Does it happen across multiple boxes? (if you have more than one set top box)
  • Does this happen across all content?

Have 360 x 2 box's both Arris brand and running version 4 31.

It happens on every single sky uhd box set. Tested over 20 now.

If it's possible to reactivate it and see if that helps?  Thanks Rob

Thanks for the additional information Swf, little confused as to what you mean by 'reactivate it' do you mean the boxes or the Sky UHD element of your package?

 

Has the Sky UHD content worked previously?

Yes it worked fine at first   then it didn't.  

I asked to re activate as I've had no help for a month and  doing something is better than doing nothing. I'm having to try to come up with solutions as no one has done anything  

If there is anything you can do your end please try.  

 

Films are fine .

I can see this has been raised previously with the team. I'm going to contact them to see if they have been able to replicate the issue or have any updates on this Swf.
