My contract is up in September and a return to Sky is looking very tempting at the minute.

@xRichiex I'm checking this forum, cable forum and the digital spy forums and have yet to see a single person say they have actually got it working.
If anyone has it working and I have missed them saying so, then apologies

My Sky Sports UHD has now appeared so it is up and running - it is HLG.

@heelpunk
Why am I not surprised.

Sky Sports UHD should be cheaper than Movies UHD. I'm sure way more people want sports UHD than the movies.
I don't think UHD movies even has a dedicated channel. If they charged £5 for SS UHD as an add on they would get tons of takers.

That was me. Up and running now although I had to call them back as it wasn't working within the expected two hours. But this call it came on while talking to them still.

@BenMcr Thanks for the update. Was just about to go check Cable Forum again. Hopefully it will start to show up for more people now 😁

You don't need a UHD movie channel - as you can pick any of the UHD Movies and watch them instantly.
Both Sky and VM have all the UHD films available for an instant watch.

I've had the email confirming change in my contract, but the channels are not working

Ok maybe that's true about the movies then. I still stand by the rest of my post though. I suspect Live sports UHD will be way more popular it should be cheaper imo. Most people who watch movies use netflix and the like these days.
