Anyone noticed that #534 now appears to be Sky Sports F1 UHD in HDR full time?

Hi ozsat, 

Thanks for your post. 

We do now have a few channels that support UHD but not specific to F1. 

Channel 534 is a main event channel so will show different events where available.

#532 is the Main Event channel. #533 and #534 are Sky UHD 1 and 2, as they are on Sky platform.

UHD1 has different sports as required and is part-time.

UHD2 (on #534) has been inactive for a long time but is "currently" carrying F1 UHD full time. It may be temporary but as been there more than a week now.

It was never a question but was a message for F1 fans.

My channel 534 is only showing THIS IS ULTRA HD 

UPDATE ON THE NO SHOW SKY SPORTS UHD 531 to 534

Phoned Sunday to virgin media 2nd line team  they rebooted 360 box and superhub 5 and still no sky sports uhd channels they no booked me in for an engineer call on  Friday they confirm that I get the channels free but  not showing on my 360 box

The guide doesn't mention F1 - but the video/audio is Sky Sports F1 UHD.

Sky Sports Main Event UHD is a direct simulcast of the existing Main Event with Sky Sports Ultra HD 1 and Ultra HD 2 offering programmes from the rest of Sky Sports channels. I was expecting F1 simulcasts and I am pleased to see a simulcast of Sky Sports F1 on channel 534 for several hours today.

Sky announced yesterday a brand new UHD F1 full-time channel abd avaliable and its on Virgin too so OP was onto something

Sky Sports F1 UHD launched this morning on Virgin Media and arrived on Sky Q at around 3pm this afternoon. The launch comes ahead of this weekend’s first race of the season – the Bahrain GP, which is live on Sky Sports F1 at 3pm on Sunday 5th March 2023.

The channel joins Sky Sports Main Event UHD, which first launched last year. Sky also offers a selection of other sports in UHD via a dedicated red button channel, or via Virgin Media channel 534.
