Buffering is usually associated with OnDemand/streaming and poor internet speeds, are you describing pixellation and/or picture breakup?

If so, check BT Sport 2, Sky Nature, Sky Sports Golf, GB News & BBC2 - all HD versions. These are on the same TX as Sky News HD and would be similarly affected by a signal issue - the usual cause of pixellation.

Standard advice with pixellation is to reboot once, but then report the problem if symptoms persist. You're likely to need either an engineer visit or a replacement box, depending on what VM's remote diagnostics turn up.

First check the automated faults line for any existing issues in your area that could be the cause: 0800 5610061. If nothing's reported, assume VM don't know about your fault and ideally you'll need to call them.

150 from a VM phone, 0345 4541111 from any other phone - choose the options for "I have a fault with my TV service". Alternatively you can wait on here for staff to respond, which may take a day or so.

Hi Freebo,

Thanks for your post and welcome to the forums. It's great having you on board with us in the Community.

I'm sorry to hear you're having an issue with buffering and picture break up.

Taking a look at things this end, the 360 is showing as off. Can you please turn the box on, leave on and post back here to let us know. We can then pick this up again and run the required checks so we can help further.

Be sure to leave the box on until you hear back from us.

Thanks,
