Could you explain the issue you're having?

I'd guess you've got a problem with missing channels, but could you explain the issue?

  • I upgraded my account to Virgin 360 tv and the Maxit TV package that includes Sky Sports & Sky Movies collection. All is working ok apart from the Movies. These are greyed out and are asking me to subscribe. Funny thing is i can access the movies through the Virgin Go app.
