Signal fair/good stopping pause live tv!!😡😡
this has happened since updating my contract last week. Everything was fine before that. Anyone else had this issue? Problem appears when I do a diagnostic check on the box.

I think you might need to clarify what you mean by updating your contract, any change to your contract shouldn't affect your signal, have you changed your broadband speed or have you migrated from V6 TiVo to 360 Horizon software, or something else.
If you can't pause live TV do your planned recordings still record.

Signal issues would not have anything directly to do with pausing/recording issues.
Perhaps an explanation of the issues you have, together with any background and what's been tried so far to resolve, would be useful.
