Signal Quality

Morning all,

I was noticing my picture quality isn't as sharp as it was when installed 2 weeks ago, upon checking the signal quality it's coming up as 'Fair' rather than 'Good'. I did recently have an engineer come out and he fitted two 6db attenuators to both points. Could this hinder the signal or possibly down to the weather?

Thanks.

Re: Signal Quality

That script of information I got from the router but you can do a diagnostics check on your 360 box; my signal quality fluctuates between 'fair' and 'good'. I'm sure the previous engineer said I was getting too much before but now it seems worse all round. I may just cut my loses and call it a day and go down the NowTv route.

Re: Signal Quality

Just as an idea, could you take that atenuator off by yourself and see if it improves the image quality?

Re: Signal Quality

I tried that this morning but unfortunately it hasn't made a difference at all.
