Service Status

Everything appears fine with my TV etc, however when I run a test kit on my tv via the service status, it says found an issue, try re booting your box, done this numerous times over the last few weeks, but just keeps saying the same when I run a test? Contacted VM via a phone call, was told they couldn't see anything wrong, told it may be a lag? This was over 2 weeks ago but it's still happening?

That’s very strange, I have just done that test, I have tv360 on an updated V6 box, and mine also says box needs rebooting, I have a feeling that the test is for TIVO software and not 360..
