I have bought a second TV, a smart set. Can I connect to my 360 box via the Internet, or must it be a wired connection?

All VM TV boxes need 2 connections:

1: Physical co-ax cable to carry live TV channels

2: Internet connection for OnDemand, streaming & various updates. This can be wired or wireless.

If you don't have a working co-ax connection point where you want to use any additional TV box, you'll need a manned engineer installation to put the necessary cabling & connections in place.

Hi @Tedmill

Thanks for posting, the information from japitts regarding your new TV set is correct.  If I understand correctly and you're looking to access our TV service on multiple TV sets, an additional set top box is required. This would mean an additional monthly fee.
