Unfortunately that is one of the software features that both the TiVo and V6 box's had that the 360 which uses Horizon software doesn't have.

Probably not, I believe the "Wishlist" feature is one of the many missing features that is patented by TiVo, so don't think they could implement it even if they wanted to.

Bear in mind that TiVo & TV360 are fundamentally different, in much the same way as Android is different to Apple.
I suspect wishlists are something that TV360 won't ever replicate.
