While scrolling thru the program pages, quite often it will jump 3 or programs. You think you are going going into one channel and it has jumped.

Any ideas how to rectify this.

The cause of that is usually the need for new batteries.

Thanks for your reply mate, but changing batteries didn't help.

I didn't know if deleting the controller and then reinstalling the controller would help. Don't want to lose it altogether.

Hi grandadkeith,

You can try repairing the remote but from previous experience when it's doing silly things only a factory reset of the 360 cures it, sounds bad but not really, Select Keep Recordings which means you won't lose your recordings or any links you've set up.

You will have to sign into apps such as iPlayer, Prime, Netflix and ITV Hub again, and a couple of other settings may default such as standby power consumption and match frame rate.
