I have just upgraded to 360 and have a sonos system the screen keeps going blank and sound disappears every couple of minutes not enjoyable at all i have tried everything thats in previous posts

I'm sorry to hear you've been having some issues with your picture and sound. Just to confirm, did this start happening after you upgraded to the 360 software?
Are these issues also happening when the sound bar isn't connected?
There's another great thread on our community of a customer also having issues with SONOS with TV360.
If you head to the 'answer' it advises to try changing the video settings on the 360 box to 1080i rather than 'Automatic'. (You can do this as 4K if you have a 4K TV.)
