Satellite required for TV package?

Hi I'm looking to get a TV package, do you need a Satellite if so is there an option to get the TV package with a Satellite. Thanks

Although VM gets some channels via satellite all TV and broadband are delivered by a single cable to your home. Check this page to see if you are in a cable area.
