Samsung TV connection problem

Hi.

Everytime the TV and Virgin 360 box is turned off when it’s turned back on the picture does not come on and intermittent sound I have tried different HDMI ports and cable and only a full reset of tv or box fe connects it.

any ideas please?

Have you tried different options in the audio and video settings?

Hi

360 box straight to TV with HDMI should work without any problems, during the install did everything pair up ok, does it say Samsung TV in the audio / video settings next to volume keys.

Hi.

thanks for response yes all worked fine and does everytime I reset TV but when they are both turned off the problem occurs next time it is switched on

It looks like I need to turn virgin on first then the tv and there are no problems
