Anyone else having awful reliability with 360? I’m on my second box and still finding it just freezing (programme still playing but remote commands ignored)
Other issues having UI bugs like interface fades and missing buttons happening again meaning another reboot
TiVo V6 was ultra reliable for me and I feel like every couple of days I need to reboot Horizon
Thanks for posting back on here and sorry to hear you're having some issues with your 360 box, but we can certainly look into this for you.
Is the first box okay? Are there any issues with your first box at all or is it just your second that is playing up?
How is the on demand/Live TV? is this all working fine?
How is the picture quality? When it freezes, how long does it roughly freeze for?
Does rebooting the box help at all?
