Return of Equipment

I've tried calling Virgin about but after holding for almost an hour on three occasions my call was cut off each time.

I recently dropped the TV service from my package and retained phone and broadband.

I have received packaging to return my 360 TV boxes but am currently shielding, so I'm not able to take the equipment to a drop off point. Is there any way my account can be marked to show this so I don't get charged for the equipment?

Hi, as far as I know, if you closed your TV service you won't be charged for it or for the equipment, even if you still have the boxes. Almost one month ago I've switched to the TV360 and received two new boxes, in the package it said I must return them once is it safe to do it. And surprisingly today I've received a text message and an email from Virgin which said that someone from Virgin will come to collect the old boxes. And today he collected them. So, even better, I didn't have to go to a Collect+. Hopefully this applies to you too.
