Reporting faults on the virgin 360.

Can we have a fault reporting section

Just post the number example as follows

1 sky uhd boxsets  auto next episode switches from Uhd to HD.

2 BBC I player app freeze alot

3 after coming out of the YouTube app there is often a sound lag on normal TV .  Adjusting the Dolby setting doesn't help, only putting the box into standby and re turning the box on.

Please feel free to post

4

5

6

7

8

9

10   and so on

Then if some one can help, that would be great.

You've already posted about this issue at https://community.virginmedia.com/t5/Virgin-TV-360/Sky-uhd-something-odd/m-p/4715705#M12672 - it's much easier (and within forum rules) to post once about a particular issue and not create multiple threads. Otherwise replies end up in different places and it causes confusion for everyone.

Hopefully someone else who can help with this issue will respond in that thread, or VM staff will pick it up in a few days. Posting about it in another thread isn't going to get you an answer any quicker!

Re: Reporting faults on the virgin 360.

Who are you?  Iv asked you 3 times now

You ruined my first post with accusations of a perceived issue is not perceived it's an issue. Very upsetting.

Who are you and why are you posting no help on a issue with a 360 box when you don't have 360 box?

So once again who are you?   Do you work here?   Are you a official?   If not can you stop your nonsense posts if you are staff  how can you help me?.

Iv seen you being unhelpful on a few posts. It's not funny dude.
