Hi,
I called Customer Services on 20/06/22 to ask for a replacement power supply for TV360 box.
It was arranged to be sent out but not received - I was told it would take 3-5 days.
Can somebody help to track it or send another one, or even tell me where to buy one online. I bought a "universal" power supply but none of the fittings are suitable for the box.
