Replacement 360 remote not pairing with TV (for volume control)

Hi,

Looking for some help as we have tried every suggestion we could find and nothing has worked.

We've just moved from Leeds to Sheffield and were forced to switch Virgin 360 kits. The kit we had in Leeds automatically paired the Virgin remote to the TV, but with the new kit the remote hasn't paired so won't adjust the volume. Here's everything we've tried so far with no success:

- Manual pairing using key testing and model number

- Factory resetting remote and forced pairing (TV+Rewind then TV+0)

- Changing the batteries

- Resetting the Virgin 360 box

- Factory resetting the TV

- Trying to pair the old remote with the new box

- Using combinations of the old kit with the new box

Is there anything else we could try?

Hi @JLL143 

Please try the following

 Put the box into 'Pairing Mode' by pressing the Standby/On button on the front of the box for 10 seconds.  

Then using the remote control, press and hold the 'TV' button and the '0' button together for 10 seconds. And fingers crossed hopefully a  message should appear on the screen confirming that pairing was successful.
