Hi all,
Just renewed my contract but the new channels on my new contract have not come through, does anyone know how long this takes please

If you did this over the phone it should update almost immediately, but an online change may take a day or two for the account to get changed. It won't harm to try a reboot of the box.

How would I reboot the box please

There is a power switch (not easy to find), turn off the box, wait for a few seconds and turn on again. Don't do this if the box is recording something.
