Just bought a new tv but I’m having trouble pairing my virgin remote,for the last 3 days I keep getting “connection problem:sorry,some services are temporarily unavailable.we’re working hard to fix the issue,please try again later cs9993” when I try to pair,so is everyone having this problem or just me?

Wait a few seconds, then point the remote at the 360 box and press any key. The remote should pair with the box.
A few seconds later, the remote should also pair with your TV automatically. If it doesn’t, go to Settings > Audio & Video > Pair Remote and follow the steps.
If this doesn’t work, there may be a connection issue between the box and router. That could be why you’re receiving that error.

Error code /cs9993 states Sorry, some services are temporarily unavailable. We’re working hard to fix the issue, but live TV should still be working.
Please try again later.
I generaally find that rebooting the 360 often solves my CS9993 error. Try that then hopefully you should then be able pair your remote.
