Remote not working on volume with LG TV atm

Turned on today and V360 remote is not working when trying to turn volume up and down .... Remote settings are set to Sonos Amp and has always worked in the past all other features are fine ..any ideas anyone

Hi RAQUEL6,

Have you tried changing the batteries, or removing them for a minute?

Press and hold the TV and Rewind button for 10 seconds which will factory reset the TV 360 remote. 

If the remote appears to have stopped working make sure the the power saving mode setting is on Fast Start

If you need to pair the TV 360 remote with the TV to control volume, source or power press Home > Settings > Pair remote with devices ? Pair TV and follow the on screen instructions

You can also pair the 360 remote by holding down the 'TV' button and '0' button together until the Standby button starts to flash.

Just turned the TV on again and all seems good .... Not sure what happened there , thanks for info though will keep that in my VM trouble shooting folder 👍
