Remote control replacement

The volume control and mute button on my old remote control stopped working. I called 150 and was taken through some steps to get it working but to no avail. I was told a new one would be sent to me which I’ve received and all is well now. However on my latest bill I’ve been charged £10. This was not mentioned to me at the time and as I’ve been a member of virgin media for MANY years I find it an absolute cheek! It’s more the fact it wasn’t mentioned than the actual charge itself. This will definitely be a factor when it comes to contract renewal in Dec.

Sorry to hear you have been charged £10 for a faulty remote control.
Id like to take a look into this for you and remove this.
