Remote control not working

Hi, I’ve tried all advice to repair control but nothing is working. Have tried phoning customer services and got a very unhelpful automated response directing me back to the website. Please help 😫

Many apologies for the issues faced with the remote, to clarify with this is the remote not working completely?

Secondly has the remote worked previously?
