My V360 box remote suddenly stopped working. There had been no problem until Tuesday when it stopped working and when I checked the batteries, they were very hot. I tried new batteries but it doesn't work at. I tried resetting and pairing but no response at all. Also the android app doesn't work. I need a new remote control. Can you help please. Many thanks

The quickest way to get a remote would be to call 150 from your Virgin phone, mobile or landline, or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone or wait for a member of the forum team to pick this up which could be 2 to 3 day's. The online links don't work.
The TVGO app should work if it doesn't and your TV has a smart remote you might be able to pair that to the 360, my LG remote is paired to the 360 using Ziggo Set-top box, Ziggo Mediabox Next work's for some TV's.

Unfortunately i cant pair my HiSense remote with 360 box. Hoping Virgin can send a new remote. Will try speak to them. But hope this gets picked up.

Have you tried using the TVGO app on your phone or tablet as a temporary alternative.
When phoning choose the option to report a fault, then ignore all the options offered and you should then be placed into a queue to speak to someone.
