Thank you for reaching out to us in our community and welcome, in regards to needing an easier remote for your Father can I ask which box he has and what issue does he suffer with, is it his Vision or it is more being able to hold the remote?

Appreciate the prompt response.

His issue is primarily his vision but that obviously affects the use of the remote control. His hand dexterity his fine.

The box is Virgin TV 360 box.

Thanks for the reply

Unfortunately we have no alternative remotes for the TV360 service, we do have the voice function on the remote which enables you to do anything at all using the feature.
