Up and down buttons don’t work on the saved programmes menu, they work on every other screen, it just stopped working 2 days ago…. Any ideas

You need to do a factory reset of the 360 box, select the option to keep your recordings.

Try this If the 360 box isn't responding to the remote, use the power switch on the back of the 360 box. If this doesn't work, unplug the 360 box from the power supply, wait 20 seconds, and plug it back in.

When my 360 remote stops responding I shake it a few times and it starts again.
