Remote Control Charge

Hi, 

My Horizon TV remote has suddenly stopped working I guess due to old age as its years old. 

I spoke to an agent Lorna about getting a replacement and she said it will be 20 euro which i disagreed with. I asked can it be waived to which she said cant, I asked could I speak to somebody who can to which i got a replay so they cant waive it either, sorry and hung up.. 

How do i get a new remote?

As you've mentioned Horizon and Euros, need just to advise this forum is for Virgin Media UK, not Virgin Media Ireland, so can't help with your issue unfortunately.

I would normally post the contact details for Virgin Media Ireland, but you obviously already have them. I hope you do get your issue resolved.
