Thanks for response, I assume you work for virgin. Do you know if there are plans soon to allow viewers to amend the subtitles s that is a big issue for me at present. It’s too big with the black box around and can’t make it smaller so takes up a lot of the screen so you miss what’s happening on screen.

Thanks for coming back to us @Maxwellplum, unfortunately we dont know of any plans at the moment to change the size of the subtitles on your screen.
