Recordings

Just ordered a free upgrade to 360. As I already have a V6 and just need the software upgrade, will I lose all my recordings, series links etc?

Re: Recordings

Yes you wil lose everything as the hard drive gets reformatted, so you will need to watch any recording you haven't watched and make a note of your series links.

Re: Recordings

Also worth pointing out that TV360 is fundamentally different software to TiVo/V6

Re: Recordings

Yes more like a move from Windows to iOS or the other way, as it's the OS that's changing not just an upgrade.

Re: Recordings

Thanks for the quick replies. Looks like I'll have to make a note of my series links and reset them all.. Just hope I notice when they're all due to start new seasons.😂

Re: Recordings

On the 360 you can only set them when they appear on the TV guide, and they are channel specific, there is no across channels like the V6.
