Hi when I try to watch recordings on the mini box, I get a wee box pop up saying "Oops can't connect to living room. Please try again. there's no error code. I've tried doing a couple of fixes I've managed to find on here but still unable to watch them. Any ideas please?

Hi Emma,
Go to Settings > System > Standby power consumption.
You have 3 choices.
Fast start - the 360 starts quickly but is less energy efficient
Active start - more energy efficient than fast start but the box takes a little longer to start up
Eco start - the most energy efficient and probably the one you're using. It uses minimal power but takes a while to start.
The first two options are best if you have a mini box and want to watch a recording on it

Hi Emma,
Did you change to fast start or active start on your main box.

Both boxes were already set to fast start, changed to active start & it didn't work, changed back to fast start & still not working.

Is the main box connected to the hub by ethernet or wifi, if it's wifi is it possible to try using a ethernet cable to see if it makes any difference.

Hi @EmmaC78 thanks for your post, although I'm sorry to hear of your concerns raised here regarding the mini box recordings.
If you can advise as @roy247 has mentioned, as to how the main box is connected and try ethernet cable if it's not connected this way, we can take things from there and advise accordingly.
