We have have 2 virgin media 360 boxes. The main one is working fine but the second one the recordings are not loading, just saying ‘will start shortly’ then doesn’t… ran diagnostics which were all fine and plugged out the wires at the back and left it off for a while… same thing. Any ideas?

If you have a 360 main box and mini box and it's the mini box you are having problems watching the recordings on is the the main box set to fast start or active start and in standby mode, if it's set to eco usually the message is "opp's can't connect to 'box name',.
How are both boxes connected to the hub wi-fi or ethernet cable?

Hi yes, both are on active start. The main box is connected to ethernet cable and the small one is connected to wifi (but this is the way it has always been) recordings working in one and not in the other and everything was working fine up until a few days ago. Any other suggestions?

Thanks for getting back to us, with this as you have mentioned it is the 360 mini box which is having this issue, can you whilst leaving all cables in go about performing a full reboot of the box again. Then run the diagnostics you have previously mentioned, can you also confirm if its all recordings or those from specific channels/shows.
