I’m having problems with my box not deleting recordings that I have asked it to
tried resetting the box (power off fully and back on) no difference
tried deleting via app, no difference

My apologies for the recording issues. Can you send us a video of this happening? Is it definitley a recording as well and not something pulled from the On Demand when doing a series link?
