Recordings missing

Morning all. We have woke. Up to find most recordings have disappeared on our TV360 box. They are all still there on tvGo app just not on the box. 

any ideas how to get them back?

Thanks Dave. Yes I did power off, left for a few mins and power back on. Same on the mini box. We’re there yesterday. Gone today. Still on TVGo app. Very strange.

Can you confirm if there is anything in recording hiccups on the boxes?

Ah sorry! That's my mistake.

 

Can you confirm if they play on the TVGO app?

 

Are you able to record any other programs?

Yes they can play on the tv using the app but dont appear on the box as a listing. Additionally, the storage says 52% on the box as well as the app so it seems the recordings are still there on the box but not accessbile from the box for some reason.

As for your 2nd question, yes we can still record.

Thank you Alex. After playing from the app all recordings are now visible on the box. Seems to have given it a kick. Still not sure what happened but happy that it’s back to normal. Appreciate all your help folks.
