Yes they can play on the tv using the app but dont appear on the box as a listing. Additionally, the storage says 52% on the box as well as the app so it seems the recordings are still there on the box but not accessbile from the box for some reason.
As for your 2nd question, yes we can still record.
Thank you Alex. After playing from the app all recordings are now visible on the box. Seems to have given it a kick. Still not sure what happened but happy that it’s back to normal. Appreciate all your help folks.
