Planned recordings and also recorded programs keep getting wiped, also Netflix will not play, I have box set to keep all recordings until I delete them but two or three days a week I find that everything has gone. Netflix continually asks me to sign in and then doesn't play: really fed up with this box
Possibly a failing 360 box, try doing a factory reset, if you currently don't have any recordings select the format hard drive option, and then if it happens again you need to call Virgin and have the box swapped out.
