Is there a way to record only new shows rather than reruns. I could before the 360 "upgrade".

Yes, you can set new only in the advanced settings when setting up or editing a series link.

No it doesn’t work. I changed my settings to record NEW only, and it’s still recording all the other airings of the same episode. The same episode I’ve already watched earlier in the week may air the day before the next episode.

New only works fine for me. Great option.
