Recording shows

I have recently joined virgin and have tried to record some programs but says recording is full even though there ain’t been nothing recorded

Possibly a faulty HDD, if you go to Saved and click on show all, even though you haven't got any, it will show how full the hard drive is, if it says 100% with no recordings then try doing a factory reset which you will find in Settings, System.

Then try recording something, if it still doesn't work you should get an error code and you will have to phone Virgin for an engineer to swap the box.

Best time to phone is at 8am so you can beat the queue
