Check that it's still connected to the internet.
If you were using an ethernet cable check that the cable is still connected to the hub and the back of the 360.
Go to Settings > System > Diagnostics > the onscreen graphics will show if it's connected or where the problem appears to be.
Then if it's the internet go to Settings > System > Change connection type > and follow the home network set up wizard. Please note you can't set up a wifi connection if you have an ethernet cable attached to the 360
