I assume one of those boxes is a little smaller than the other, right? Can you try to set up a recordings on the bigger one first?
If that works try it on the smaller one next, and if that doesnt work you will need to call in to get it fixed. Make sure you enter your account details when prompted by the robot voice when you call in so we can get you to the right place 🙂
That worked for me I had the bigger unit upstairs so I had to swap them and now recording works fine. I have another issue when I turn on the tv it gots to the backav and not the 360 box 1 I have to change it every time I turn it on. Any help would be appreciated
The bigger unit is the only one with a hard drive for recording. The smaller mini box should be able to instruct the big box to record via its WiFi or Ethernet connection, & then play back the recordings via the same link. If this is not working then there are issues with the connection from your mini box to your hub.
